Together We Give: Making a World of Difference, One Quarter at a Time
Making a Difference: Our Commitment to Community Impact
Giving back has always been at the heart of Servos' corporate values. Since our founding, we've maintained a unique approach to charitable giving that puts our team members at the center of the decision-making process. Through our ServiceNow Employee Portal, employees can nominate organizations that resonate with their personal values and commitment to social impact. Each quarter, we select one of these nominated organizations to receive a monetary donation. Additionally, we empower our team members with an annual volunteer day, allowing them to contribute their time and skills to causes they're passionate about.
Q1 2024: Supporting Global Medical Aid
Our first quarter donation supported Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières), an internationally renowned humanitarian organization that provides emergency medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Operating in over 70 countries, their medical teams act fast to save lives in conflict zones, natural disasters, and epidemics. They work in some of the world's most challenging environments, providing everything from emergency surgery to maternal healthcare, all while maintaining their commitment to medical ethics and impartiality.

Q2 2024: Investing in Environmental Conservation
For our second quarter, we contributed to the Mossy Earth Foundation, an innovative organization tackling environmental challenges through sustainable conservation projects. Their unique approach combines rewilding initiatives, biodiversity protection, and carbon reduction strategies. The foundation works on various projects across the globe, from restoring ancient woodlands and protecting endangered species to implementing cutting-edge conservation technology. Their commitment to transparency ensures donors can track the direct impact of their contributions through regular updates and monitoring.
Q3 2024: Supporting Local Recovery
Our third quarter donation went to the Lucille Raines Residence in Indianapolis, an organization providing crucial support for individuals on their journey to recovery from addiction. This facility offers more than just housing – it provides a comprehensive support system that enables residents to rebuild their lives. Through structured programs, supportive housing, and access to recovery resources, the residence helps individuals establish the stable foundation necessary for long-term success. Their work demonstrates the powerful impact of combining safe housing with recovery support services.
The Power of Employee-Led Giving
Our giving program reflects our belief that corporate responsibility should be a collaborative effort that engages our entire team. By empowering our employees to nominate organizations that matter to them, we ensure our charitable giving remains meaningful and connected to the causes our team members care about most. This approach not only strengthens our community impact but also reinforces our company culture of compassion and social responsibility.
